DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)?

You may request for an exchange within 7 days from the date you received if the item is defective or wrong item delivered.

An item is deemed defective if it is received damaged or has a manufacturing fault that is immediately evident.
If items are found as faulty upon arrival, please contact and inform us through email or whatsapp within 24 hours, and we will response to you within 48 hours. 

MISSING PRODUCT(S)?
We are extremely sorry that this happened to you but rest assured that we will rectify your order asap , please contact us via the whatsapp button at the bottom right of our website. 

EXCHANGE/RETURN

All exchanges is subjected to approval based on case by case basis.
A final inspection will be done to ensure that return item(s) is in its original condition, before we process your exchange. 

If possible the item(s) returned will be replaced with the same product, in the same size/colour, subject to availability.
If the item (s) cannot be replaced for the same item due to fault on our side, a full refund will be issued.

Please contact us asap within 14 days from the date you received your order or not it will be hard for us to track back and rectify the problem in time.
